Cyberpunk 2077 not working

Hi,

i have downloaded some mods and manually installed them (not for the first time). Now this window pops up if i try to open cyberpunk 2077. But the problem is that i have installed all needed mods that are listet like "redscript", "TweakXL" and so on. Even SOME of the mods on the list like "Lizzie's BD" or "Fresh start" were working before perfectly fine. I also tried REinstalling them but it didn´t work, so i have no clue what´s wrong. please help me. Thank you
