(mod request) Santas (Nicomund the reds) war hammer 'skullcrusher' from the movie violent night

This mighty hammer is ancient and possibly even mystical given it's the most prised possession of a fierce viking turned jolly old saint nick, as an ancient powerful viking weapon it puts out more damage than your average sledge hammer and has an increased chance to severely cripple... Well everything, the weapons damage output should be adjustable by the user via a weapons workbench 

I included several physical descriptions for anyone interested in making this mod as well as a picture of Santas badass viking tats because why not.
