Need some help, left hand(left trigger) won't work and don't know what to do

I use this collection(18+) and I was told it was "one click power attack" but even when I adjust the settings in mcm it still messes up, I've followed many guides like "resetting controls in in-game settings" I've tried removing the mod completely and it just persists, can someone help me figure out what it could be?
