Until Dawn Remake PC Any idea how can i fix bug?

So I ran into a bug in the PC version of Until Dawn Remake that I found while exploring the mines with Emily. He falls off the ladder and then turns on his phone's flashlight and sees the skulls. After that, as we move forward, we hear a scream, but then the screen goes black, the loading screen appears, and the game stops loading. Any Idea how can i fix it? I tried all the graphics settings and set the resolution. The drivers on my machine are the latest ones above. Operating system Windows 10. Thanks in advance for the ideas.  

if there is no loading screen, we can go up the ladder and where there should be a wooden bridge, there is none.
