is this bumpy, "Up and down" road problem in the base game or is this due to a mod? im going schizo over it and want a fix

so i've been working on my modlist for 5-6 days now, lost all my work yesterday and had to start over and now im done but i cant enjoy my game because the constant up and down movement and the ugly bumpiness of these roads are driving me absolutely schizo. i dont have any more mods that modify the ground than my first modlist which i dont remember having this issue (that one had norther roads though so maybe that NR fixed the issue). i have tried disabling all mods i know would modify the road and even went into vanilla skyrim and its there too.  does anyone else have this or know how to fix this (i have blended roads but it does nothing) there were 3 bumps in vanilla oiutside the door after the dragon collapse but i feel like this has a lot more bumps https://imgur.com/a/jw74CaA . can anyone tell me a solution or verify their modlist/vanilla?

Those look pretty normal to me, I think that Bethesda tried to mimic the Roman roads to some extent, you could try asking this on the Skyrim SE forum.  Click on 'Game Communities' under the 'Browse' menu item at the top of the page, then scroll down/search for your desired game.  Skyrim is usually close to the top.  You can browse any of the forums, but you must join each forum you wish to post in.

@faentaallmodsThis is a general forum on mod troubleshooting, so you were more than justified posting here.  You will get more people that are very familiar with Skyrim and its mods on the Skyrim SE forum, so you might get better quality responses, or suggestions on mod sources, or maybe even someone will have already dealt with this very situation themselves.
