Is it possible to port FF7Remake mods to Rebirth?

Thinking specifically about outfit mods. 

I'm not a modder, but I can follow most tutorials. I looked for one but couldn't find it, so I decided to ask here.

Was wondering the same thing, I actually stopped my playthrough to wait for mods that I really want from remake. Unrelated but also, where is the shut the f****** chadley mod?

I was wondering this as well. Surely the outfit mods Like Tifa's blue dress and Aerith's Red dress can be done. 

I also enjoyed having the "Jessie over Tifa" mod (although I'd rather have her replace Yuffie in this case lol)

Yes, I played the whole of ff7 remake with cloud in a dress and BEEFA, and I would dearly love to continue this run with those elements intact - I would be happy to do the porting myself, if there were a tutorial or even rough suggestions for where to start!
