LibertyBull Posted 7 hours ago Share Posted 7 hours ago I am making a new Minutemen faction mod and I would like to be able to have them get better equipment based on certain criteria being met, such as the castle being owned by the player or a certain quest having been completed. Is this something that can reliably be done? I'm assuming it would be done with a quest but I have no scripting/quest making experience, only FOEdit experience. For example, I would like the whole faction to switch to a different set of outfits after retaking the Castle armory. So not just injecting the new outfits but also removing the old outfits; they would go from settlers wearing arm bands to soldiers wearing a uniform. I can see achieving this by either changing the entries in the outfit list, or switching to new leveled list. Any thoughts on how this can be done? This system could also be applied to things such as equipping them with better weapons, for example giving them Handmade Rifles if you complete Open Season of Nuka World.
