(FO4) crashing randomly for no reason

hey guys  my fallout 4 keep crashing randomly

can be when am looting a body  flying on the vertibird  or randomly teleporting    can also crash after building in mysettlements  loosing hours of building and decoration work  can also crash during a quest like say clearing Corvega for the fokes at Ten Pines bluff.  

ive had enough of the crashing and am getting annoyed/upset at it as i see theres no need for the crashes  as all my mods work ...

BEFORE ANYONE ASKS  >>  IVE GOT BOTH  GOD RAYS AND WEAPON DEBRIS TURNED OFF

i need help getting this fixed ASAP before i go insane.
