Some saves won't load at all - any help greatly appreciated

Hi all - in short, sometimes my saves won't load.  The game boots properly, allows me to select a save file, goes through the animation and then - just a black screen with the little green loading icon in the corner.  And sound. 

I've read a lot about "endless loading screens" and "black screens" and searched all over the forums, and tried virtually ever solution I've found.  For some time, I thought this was related to saving inside a settlement, and saving outside settlements seemed to help, but now that fails, as well. 

I have a brand new Alienware with an I9 chip, installed a fresh FO4 and MO2, followed the Midnight Ride manually, added some mods I've used in the past, all built around SS2 and Rebuild AIO.  I've been as careful with my load order as I possibly can and I am totally confused where I'm going wrong, and in particular why it seems to work perfectly well some evenings and other nights, my last half dozen saves all seem to be corrupted.  

Finding an older save allows me to continue, but obviously at the loss of the interim in between.  It's maddening, and I expect it's a load order issue, I just have no idea where to even start. 

I've reduced resolution, I've run FO4edit clean and I've monkeyed around quite a bit with my list to try and solve this myself.  Hours and hours of testing and re-booting, rinse and repeat.  

Any help would be super appreciated.
