Dark brown face when creating a custom COR follower mod

So, Im trying to create a COR follower using the COR read, Everything is going fine until I enter the game and face the character with a dark mistmatched brown face. The most strange thing is that the character is being displayed fine in the CK

I wish the things would be easier as just the in game looking just like the CK preview. I've already tried everything... all the textures are attatched to the mod and even the head model + textures. Even looked carefully towards other follower mods that have a custom head like COR head and they didnt do any different than me.
