Request: Megabuilding restored. (Removal of death barriers, restoration of marketplace down below, extra elevator functionality)

A request to make the megabuilding have the marketplace floor restored again, along with the parking lot to spawn your favorite vehicles in relative isolation.

Marketplace restoration:

Gun vendor, clothing vendor, quickhack vendor, melee vendor, bartender, medical vendor, car dealer

Parking lot restoration:

Expands the parking lot so both elevators can go there, you may of noticed when you rescued sandra dorset you could go UP on the parking lot floor, but not back down. I always found that a tad odd...

Should be actually pretty easy to restore, knock yourself out.

When I searched "megabuilding" this result never came up for me for some reason, thank you. Now that it's in my download history though should be much easier to find.
