Are Swinganimations moddable like in the remastered version?

Hi, I heared somewhere, that its not possible yet to mod the swing animations and exit animations, is that correct?

In the remastered version we were able to get mods to exchange swing animations from the miles morales game and choose with modules which animation I want.


Is there some restrictions from the officials or is it just not "cracked" to read the code for this stuff and someone will soon maybe be able to go for it?
