RESOLVED (YES): is this a good example of when to set a plugin to ghost status?

installed A Change of Face. 

Then I installed the ELSifier mod for it.

however, if both plugins are left ignored, two books will be spawned

I disabled the ESM version to remedy the book duplication, but now I'm wondering if the ?new? ghost (plugin) status might be better in terms of LOOT/game-load response. Correct or not? What you think/what's your experience? I have no experience using ghost

Update: seems to do no harm, also seems to make the plugin invisible, so in lieu of other players' confirmations, I'm just closing this with a self-determined Yes.
