Can you export a nif in Outfit Studio and keep the physics it had?

I have loaded a vanilla Hooded Rags nif in Outfit Studio and deleted a part of it (the hood), then exported it to a new nif. I then replaced the vanilla nif with my new one. Everythings looks good until I run my character around. The physics are messed up now.  Theres a small pouch on the back and the scarf. They float weirdly away from the body when I move around now. Is there a way to export a vanilla game nif, make an alteration and then export it to a new nif and keep the physics of the original outfit? Thank you for any input or advice. Thanks for looking.

Hello again 🙂

When you export a nif with physics, OS should warn you about it and show a small window with a message:

There was cloth physics data loaded at some point (BSClothExtraData). Please choose all the origins to use in the output.

In this window, below the text is the path of the model itself. You just have to put a tick in the small checkbox in front of the file path, in order to select it and then confirm with pressing OK.

Hello, lol. I saw the window and I thought there might be something to check there or something, but I when I clicked on it, nothing happened. I was reeally tired when I got to this point, so maybe I messed up. I will take another look. Thanks again.

Edit: Yep. When I first tried to export, I saw that little window, but the text inside was all selected including the checkbox. So, everything was highlighted in blue and the checkbox just kind of looked like a square icon. I still clicked in it but didn't see a check appear and figure "well that's not it then" and just clicked ok. I guess I mis-clicked or something. It worked a treat this time. The only thing different now is that I have updated Outfit Studio and I am not so tired. Thank you again. Now I just have to figure out how to change texture file path in FO4Edit.
