fallout:nv Help Me please, fallout New Vegas, problems with 4GB patch, NVSE, and duplicated files

So I've decided to try Fallout NVG as my first Fallout game, but I wanted to install some mods to make the game look better, bug fixes, etc. I've been banging my head against the wall and trying for 6 hours to get these mods to work, but now I think I have duplicated games, and idk what to do, plus the original issues still aren't fixed with NVSE, and the 4 GB patch. Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone could coach me through what to do through discord that'd be amazing. Regardless, I'll take any help I can get.
