[SSE] None of the dodge mods move my character

I have tried multiple different dodge mods in Skyrim SE and while all of them play the animation, my character is stuck in place. 

Doing a dodge roll without moving doesn't really help me dodging.

I use Pandora Engine. The problem seems to be quite widespread. I saw a few people in the chat of these mods asking the same question, but haven't seen an answer yet.
