KCD2 Request Mod: Remove Surrender to the Authorities message when confronted by Bandits

Bandits are NOT Authorities. They are the Bad Guys. There is Zero reason for this game to ask you to surrender to the authorities when the people wishing to confront you are NOT authorities. The game might as well ask Henry to surrender his Christianity to Satan - (which is what this poor excise for a realistic game does already at almost every turn)
