Mod request: Rebalance repair cost and damaged item value

I find that damaged items are too valuable and too cheap to repair. I would like to see damaged items lose their value much more, with 0% condition items being almost worthless junk, and the costs for buying repairs to scale according to the item's value at full condition. E.g. a helmet that's worth 1000 groschen at the armorer would have a value of 200 at 0 condition (which could then be sold for some smaller amount depending on your perks etc), and cost 800 groschen to repair from 0 to 100. This would make it less of an easy money hack to just hoard damaged items off of bandits, and there would be more incentive to do manual repairs on items before selling them
