Mod Request: Slow or remove dialogue timers

Hey everyone,

I don't have the greatest eyes and I find many of the timed dialogue options to be much too fast. I can't even finish reaching the first choice before the timer runs out.

Could someone please make a mod that slows or removes the dialogue timers?
