Broken Racemenu Morphs in LE

Currently having an issue for the first time in over a decade! pretty good run really! on LE edition of skyrim

Whenever I or an external mod tries to edit the in-game Racemenu bodymorph sliders for either the player or an NPC, the morphs will break, causing the body to have random morphs applied to it, and then stopping any other morph edits from working on any other NPCs or the player, needing the game to be fully closed to reset. I have no idea what has caused this, as i've been on this playthrough for about 4 years now, and the issue hasn't been around. Interestingly, it doesn't do this 100% of the time, instead doing I'd say around 80% of the time. I'm on the most up to date version of bodyslide, I'm using CBBE COS body, and have made sure i've still got the Build morphs button ticked in Bodyslide. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks!

Ill post below two screenshots of the issue in action. There was only a single edit of a single slider between the first and second image.
