I wanted to try and make what I believed would be a relatively simple mod for the game Chef RPG, which I have been obsessed with lately. I can already see how foolish I was to believe that any of this would be simple. Especially with my lack of experience and knowledge. All I want to do is reduce the crafting time for the Brewing function in the game. Alcohol ends up being an important ingredient for higher tiered recipes. There are multiple machines depending on exactly what you are making. First stage you use either the fruit press or the boiler to create the mash or juice, second stage you use the fermentation machine, and final stage you use either the distillation machine or the age barrel. Each stage takes days to complete. I would very much like to speed this up to more of a Traveller's Rest speed, where each process simply takes a certain amount of in game hours rather than days. I have poked around the files myself to try and figure out how I can adjust this. I used DnSpy to see a full breakdown of the C# assembly to help me create a BepInEx mod(since this is a Unity game), but I cannot make heads or tails of most of what I'm looking at. Any assistance in either creating this mod or helping me to understand what I need to do to adjust this will be greatly appreciated! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
