Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 : none of the texture mods are working (CRT/Stripped NPC etc)...despite mods correctly installed and fresh game reinstall

So, very annoying issue

...

Mods folder created

Several mods installed (LUT, easy lock picking, asynch compute etc) that are working.

However I cannot make work ANY of the texture mods...

- CRT Faces /Animals

-CRT world textures (that I paid for)

- Any of the clothes/clothes removal mods

Those mods are installed how they should... Mods/Objects/xxx for the CRT faces/body/animals

The CRT world textures are loaded by the game (loading times are 3x times longer) but they do not display in game

I wanted to have the bathmaids naked, none of the mods are working, I followed exactly the folder structure, and I'm not new to modding...

W11 / RTX4090/9800X3D/64Go ram/SSD NVME etc...

Playing 4K experimental and most of the time with Uber CFG file.

Tried to remove all mods and only put 1 CRT texture mods = no luck... Tried to reinstall the game and only put one texture mods = no luck

Nothing works...

Starting to wonder if the issue is not linked to my saves ???

I had the same issue.
Resolved it by deleting the mod_order.txt file from the \mods folder.

So far I haven't noticed any issues not having the file.

Same Problem and no fix either

Tried using Easy To See Arrows And Bolts (Colored Feathers) which somehow wasn't working at all (to the point where my bolts were 'missing' textures) and then found Arrows and bolts retexture which also refuses to work.
I did try to delete the mod_order.txt as mentioned by @dukat111 but even that didn't work.

Using Vortex or by-hand all manual installation both not working.
Also tried throwing out 'every single other mod' and having only the retexture one as the sole installed mod didn't make it work.
