trknman
Gentle folks...I have something that is a real puzzlement to me. I have been making some NPC's for my own amusment using SI FaceGen and Wryebash. What has me bumfuddled is that no matter what mods I activate in the CS, I can't use Ren's Hair. Oh, it shows up in the editor screen, but when I put the character into the game all I get is a ring of hair (like friar Tuck). Also another problem has raised it's ugly head. I have created a beautiful (in my opinion)Dark Elf, but no matter what eyes I use in the CS, in game she has black, blank sockets. And while this is not unattractive, it frustrating because that is not what I wanted. I hope that with what little information I have given, some body can tell me what I am PROBABLY doing wrong. Thanx for taking the time to read this.
BossDweebe
If CS already lists the hair and eyes in the Characters windowyou will still need to drag and drop the hair and eyes to the Characters\Race\your race\Body Data - on the right - eyes and hair.If you have done that then it may be something to do with your FaceGen model.I have not used FaceGen. Also, you can get conflicts using too many cosmetic mods at once. This sometimes causes black and otherwise strange eyes. What seems to work best, for me is to have only the eyes I know I want,as well as the hair, in the folder for the race mod. Rename the hair and eyes, create new ones with these in the CS Hair window, and you will avoid conflicts. You can also use wigs. Some are animated and clip less than fixed hair.
