Game files missing, help

Hello so im trying to mod a game Snowbreak: Containment zone, when i manage the game everything is fine, vortex makes me download an extension.

BUT when i run the game from the vortex launcher, it says game files missing. If i run it from steam tho i can run the game fine.

It tells me ''Game files required to initialize the global shader library are missing from:  C/program Files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/SNOBREAK/Game/Content/, Please make sure the game is installed correctly.''

I tried verifying integrity of game files and reinstalled vortex too. Cant make it work
