Mod Request: Restoring the Morning Atmosphere

Now don't get me wrong here, I like how the Morning atmosphere looks in the game. However, the intensity of the yellow lighting and saturation kind of bothers me. I would hope that at some point, someone could make a mod that restores it back to how it looked in the Gameplay Reveal Trailer
