quest "Under Saarthal" quest NOT starting

Hello everyone! I have to report a very common bug that occurs right after finishing the initial quest of the College of Winterhold ("First Lessons"): as soon as the quest is completed (after the lesson of Toldfir) there should be triggered the quest "Under Saarthal", but it doesn't.

Attempting to use console commands to start the quest does not solve the problem in any way, but starting a Vanilla game triggers the quest normally.


Has anyone of you solved this problem? I will share with you my modlist so that maybe you can try to figure out which mod is causing this iussue.
