SWJS Mod Request: Achievement Enabler for people using Outfit Manager

For whatever reason it appears the Outfit Manager which is a fully cosmetic mod, disables steam achievements. There are other games that do this and usually someone makes a mod that re-enables achievements. Wondering if it would be possible here.
