Ghosts of the Tribunal SE to LE

I'd like to see Ghosts of the Tribunal for the LE version, I played it in the SSE, but  LE is far better ad easier, in SSE Ghosts of the tribunal is my favorite mod, I was hoping if someone could modify it so that it could be used for LE players.  I hope someone know how to do that.  I'm just starting modding but there are some more advanced than me.
