DeadSpeak
Hello everyone. I have tried lot of mods to alternate spell learning. They or not really compatible with some new spell mods, or working not exactly how i wanted to. OR, the whole game becomes grinding hell, as Spell Research (don't be mistaked by my words, its a good mod, but complicated and time consuming). I want to play Skyrim as usual, explore the world at my own pace and find spell tomes. But the idea of "eating" hundred of spells at the same time, and learn them all immediatly is stupid. So, my idea as i see perfect "alternative for spell learning" mod. Game will have new xp gain system(those xp points are separate from everything else). You gain xp when you use magic spells. It looks approximately like that: When you damage someone with spell, you gain xp points by formula: damage*0.5=xpPoints When you heal self or someone, you get: amountOfHeal*0.2=xpPoints When you cast singular spell (rune, waterbreathing) you get: 2 (for novice spell), 4 (apprentince), 6 (adept), 8 (expert), 10 (master). If you need to cast this spell continuously(telekines), then: 0.5 xp per 1 second of casting spell, or 1xp for 2 seconds To learn new spell from tome you'll need: Novice - 500xp Apprentince - 2.500xp Adept - 5.000xp Expert - 7.500xp Master - 10.000xp Also, you can't learn spell if your level in magic school is low. As i see it (because i use mod to set level 1 in all skills): Novice - lvl1 Apprentince - lvl20 Adept - lvl40 Expert - lvl60 Master - lvl80 Could be perfect if you could change values for yourself in .ini file for exact numbers. I have zero knowledge and skills in Creation Kit. As i tried, all what i got - errors and not working script. So, pretty please, if someone could help with that.
