Moving back to Hardlink Deployment from Move Deployment

I did something dumb and trying out move deployment option in vortex without knowing what it is. I then changed it back to Hardlink Deployment, but now notice that the mods that I uninstall are still in my game data folder even after I uninstall it in vortex. Does this mean that I will have to uninstall manually for all the mods that where moved deployed before?

Vortex should have run a purge operation when you switched back to hardlinks. You may need to purge and delete the files manually from the game folder. Or just delete all the game files and then verify your game files to re-download them.
