[FF7 Rebirth] Mod to add outfits to changing room instead of replacers

Not sure if it's possible, but the game already has a system for allowing you to switch between multiple outfits. But most outfit mods are just replacing base outfits. Is there a way to allow a larger number of outfits and add modded outfits to switch between instead of replacing base outfits?

 

Also, not sure if it exists yet but I haven't been able to find it ,is there a mod to enable changing rooms outside of Costa Del Sol pre hardmode?

This would be great. Some way to directly add costumes to a new slot in these booths.
