Failed to upload to API when uploading collection.

I am trying to upload a personal collection for a second computer I get a failed to upload to API with the following error

 

Vortex tried to access Error: "C:\Users\SKYSB~1\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp-7492-W5W9lAtiuq5b'" but it doesn't exists

Error Code:ENOENT

Path Error: C:\Users\SKYSB~1\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp-7492-W5W9lAtiuq5b

 

Click on detail show the following. 

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, mkdir 'C:\Users\SKYSB~1\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp-7492-W5W9lAtiuq5b'

This collection is for CyberPunk 2077 but I get the same error for both Skyrim AE and Fallout 4 SE.

I have uploaded collections in the past without issues.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling vortex same same issues.

Might have something to do with that tilde in your Windows username. Using special characters there is highly inadvisable and can cause all kinds of issues with many programs.
