game keeps crashing near or in helgan also when unbound quest starts it crashes

My game has been working last few days but then i made a new save and went to helgan and my game keeps crashing when im in front of helgan or interect with anything inside. It also seems to crash when the unbound quest starts or when im moving and stop moving. my alternate start mod works fine and everything works fine when im not near helgan but the second i get there my game crashes please i need help.
