I am kicked from the workshop mode when I cross an invisible line in my settlements, can anyone help, and does anyone know what mod may be causing this?

Are we talking about exiting at the edge of the settlement area. Like the green glowy area? If so that's not a mod. That is the boundary of the settlement.

You could try to disable this one: "Borderless Settlements AIO.esp".

In your modlist you have "Scrap Everything _ Ulitmate Edition" and "Scrap Everything - Core". Afaik you don't the need core file when you use the ulitmate edition and Scrap Everything belongs at the end of the load order.

I would be extremely careful using scrap everything. it's famous for breaking the game. (hint: it deletes things that should never be allowed to delete)

I use Scrap Everything since the first days without any problems. I have precombines enabled in my Fallout4.ini and what I can't scrap then I leave it or disable. The vanilla scrapping system would not even let you scrap a pile of leaves. If you want to clean up your settlements you have no choice than to use mods or use the console and disable (not delete). Either with clean settlements ones or scrapping mods.
