Filtering mods by permissions in search

Please add the ability to filter search results for mods with open/green permissions.

It would be highly useful for folks making new content by building off of others' work that expressly have open permissions.

Or perhaps an invert of this, a filter to exclude mods with explicitly closed permissions, so as to not exclude mods that specify their permissions manually instead of using the tick-box traffic light system.
