[MOD REQUEST] Monster Hunter Wilds, Mod To Disable Other Players From Using Tranq Bombs.

Essentially a mod that prevents other players from capturing the monsters by disabling the tranq items without just simply "Playing by yourself".
Tranq bombs/ammo aren't really used for anything else anyway so finding a way to disable this item for other players can be a very nice way to get rid of annoying circumstances.
