Has anyone ever encountered a mesh that might be suitable for a female Swampfolk?

The title says it all. The closest thing I've found are a couple of new Lily meshes for Fallout: New Vegas seen here and here.

However, (1) they're for a Nightkin, not a mutated human, and (2) the talented creator doesn't seem to have ever released them, so even experimentation is off the table.
