Premium but not Premium?

So, im  not sure what to do here, i`ve been  premium  for  as long as i can remember, still being billed and all but now  when i try to download  something it wont let me use full speed? It is asking  me  to take on a subscription which i already have so i am confused,  what should i do with this?

It appears there has been a technical issue regarding the renewals for your subscriptions. We have raised this to the developers and are looking at urgently resolving this. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We can see the problem on our end and will be thoroughly investigate the cause of this, which we will schedule in on Monday. We have put in a fix on our end that should mean everyone who has a premium subscription gets the perks until we can get a full fix in.
