Mod request/idea: Floating UI mods (enemy health bar, pick up prompt, subtitles, etc)

I always loved floating UI, where the UI kind of exists in a 3D space rather than being statically stuck to a specific part of the screen. I think it helps the UI feel less busy. Can't believe there's not any mods that add it to new vegas yet.

My favourite implementation is probably in System Shock 2, where objects have brackets that follow it when it's in your field of view, and would add a health bar when facing an enemy

Cyberpunk 2077 also had subtitles stick to the character who's speaking in certain situations, not sure if that's new but it was pretty cool

But yeah anyway it'd be cool if someone made a mod like this, not necessarily like SS2 exactly but something similar would be nice
