Game will freeze main menu on start up (VNV)

Recently, i completed the Viva New Vegas tutorial in it's entirety. However, when i booted up New Vegas, it froze before the main menu. While i had added my own mods, this issue persisted after disabling all the new mods. Looked at LOOT, no issues with any mods seemed to pop up. Checked integrity of game files, still didn't boot. Please help.
