Silent Hill 2 Remake Mod Request - No Monsters / Passive Urbex play.

I was wondering about a non combat/pacifist mode?  I wanted to know how eliminating all the monsters would be in a playthrough. This would help with remembering puzzles and locations on playthroughs, plus i kind of just want to roam around without any enemies.  Exceptions of course any that are needed for triggers and bosses, in that case maybe 1 hit kills? I don't have mod skills, just a thought I had and saw other people want this type of mod as well. Possibly a photo / cinematic camera mode feature would be a bonus.
