Mod Request: Schedule 1 - Disable Police

Would love a mod that would Disable Police all together. I have only found 1 that turns off curfew but that mod breaks the game. The only other one is a cheat Engine script. I just want to play the game without Police. Could have separate options for different areas like Searches, Patrol, and Curfew, but as long as it stops them from messing with me that would be great.
