Gamebryo-Plugin-Management

So I just bought a new computer and was very excited to load up my modded Skyrim SE file and continue where I left of. To my surprise, when I open vortex I get this error message

As suggested, I went to the Extensions tab and clicked the "bundled" options and looked for the "gamebyro plugin management" extension

I've already tried everything I've been able to find regarding this issue, including:
-Re-installing vortex

-Downloading the latest version of VS (I made sure I downloaded de x84 version)

-Disabling windows defender

-Adding vortex and vortex folders as exceptions in windows defender

 

Honestly, i don't know what to do anymore. Anyone has an idea of what could be causing this issue?
