Kingdome come Deliverance 2 Battlecry Mod, need a pointer

I would like to make a mod changing the Battle cries in KCD2.

I'm a beginner.

So far i found out that there is a sound.pak wich contains many .bank files.

I did not find a working program that could extract those files.

Does anyone have a Idea what could do the job?
