Help needed to create and attach custom script to a new spell

Hey sorry to be a bother. Im pretty new to creating mods but ive had the idea of creating a spell to basically change youre player race to a new or deafult one like a race transformation spell and a revert form basically a spell that will put on armour(the mesh of the race with a new minor power) and a revert spell to change back( unequiping the armour) my problem is ive got no idea how to 1 where and how to create the custom script and 2 how to change lets say a daedric piece of armour thats full body to a daedra lord form so that when using the spell youre "wearing" this npc thats the "armour"  would anyone be willing to help please
