Hayasa3DRT
I tell you there is nothing quite like waking up and seeing a bill in your email for $97.71 USD. 90+ dollars is a lot to charge someone when you're only gonna send a single email out a month before to let them know their subscription will be renewed soon, Do you know how many things happen in a month to cause a bill to slip someone's mind?? My phone company send me 3 emails a week apart before my renewal is up. And since when is it 90+ for a year?? i paid like what 60 something last year. ignoring the fact that the service ya'll provide is very useful and i WAS happy to pay 50 and then 60 ish dollars for a subscription considering how much i use the site almost 100 dollars is way too much money to be charging people with hardly any notice! I'm very much considering leaving this site if this is how the management is going to act financially and i'm starting to understand why so many people left. Oh and at 61 million users and what 500k-1 million premium users charging almost 100 dollars is egregious. even at 100k premium users that's 9 MILLION DOLLARS. this place was so much better when ya'll weren't run by a corporation. Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted April 10 Community Manager Share Posted April 10 (edited) Sorry to hear you missed the reminder. As explained in our refund policy, if it's less than 14 days since the payment was made, and you've not downloaded over 100 mods, you can request a full or partial refund by contacting [email protected]. Nexus Mods has been a "corporation" on paper since 2007 because we are a business with business expenses (like having ~40 staff and all the eye-watering costs that come with a website of this size). However, we're still independent in that we are entirely funded by ad revenue and Premium memberships purchased by the community. We don't report to a higher power or have to pay back loans to investors like other websites do. Edited April 10 by Pickysaurus Clarified our status as a "corporation".
