TheRedMonster
So basically we have to move our entire game to C drive because Vortex told us "some mods installers are not available"? But it was working fine before, no? Also, which mod(s) in particular? How am i supposed to know which mod(s) are concerned by all this? On top of that, most of it here is just cryptic non-sense. "Here are your results for the partition check to enable these mod types: -DISABLED/-DISABLED" What is that?! Like almost many people i believe, i have most of my games stored on another drive where all my games are. Which means if something happen to the main partition, i can reinstall the operating system without having to redownload every game each time. Well, another weird and questionable move from the Vortex devs once more..
ChemBoy1
You don't HAVE to do anything. The notification is simply informing you that those Config and Save mod types are not available in your configuration. These mod types were not available AT ALL in previous versions of the STALKER 2 extension. They have been made available for people who have a configuration that can use them. You can literally make the notification NEVER show again by clicking the button "Never Show Again". I am not sure how it could be made any more obvious for you. Just click the button. You spent way more time winging and making this post and insulting the devs than it would have taken to just click the button. If you can't be arsed to read the notification and spend 15 seconds comprehending what it says, that's on you.
Solution TheRedMonster Posted April 10 Author Solution Share Posted April 10 I've spent a lot more than 15 seconds since i wrote a whole message, you remember? And if it was that clear, i wouldn't have made a post about it, wouldn't i? Why not just telling that i can't install those mod if/the moment i'm trying to do so? Why is this so hard to do something that simple? What's the point of making an announcement for this if i'm not even affected in the first place? Well, something i've learned for sure is that the "Never Show Again" button can also apply to you as well
ChemBoy1
Again, if you were to actually use the extension, you'd see that you are ALSO notified that the mod cannot be installed with Vortex when installing an affected mod. Seems like it's fun for you to criticize people who actually create things for the community. Go back under your rock.
