Achievment Enabler Mod help

Hello,

so i just started with modding Skyrim and watched some tutorial videos. Sadly Nexus Mod does net let me download the Achievment Enabler Mod not through the "Mod Manager Download" option, the download just wont start, no matter what Browser, no matter if VPN is active.

I downloaded the Mod through the "manual Download" option and dragged the folder inside the Folder where my Skyrim is installed. But it does not look like in the videos, so i wanna ask if the Achievment Enabler is still active when i start the game through SKSE64 or not? If not, how tf do i get it on the right side of the Mod Organizer? Screenshot is attached.
