Invalide primary tool

Yes there is a problem i would never be able to fix, yes i log onto Vortex and i got a nasty yellow dialogue box and it say

! Invalid primary tool: The Primary Tool For Skyrimse is no longer available.  Quick Launch has reverted to the game executable!

Yes but i havent yet try to launch yet the SKSE64 but i did launch it after i installed USSEP back when i install SKSE64 and i Launched fine back then,

i try and Launch SKSE64 again just to see if it brocken, yes i had a look in Vortex on thy Dashboard and guess what the Launch button dont even exist anymore.

 

Are yes so now i deleted Wrye Bash did no good as well as LOOT that is a shocking mod did not help i say good bye, then i delete TexGen, Creation kit as well as SSEdit cleaning mod

As well as thy culprit SKSE64 Launcher all off my Vortex Dashboard i say goodbye off my dashboard

then i went to mod setion and clicked on the first mod and did thy control A delete all, then open every files delete all in each section that the only way i succeed fix problems

now i go to steam unistall Skyrim SE then all skyrim SE i dump from thy recycle bin.
