Randomly decided it could not recognize a particular mod

Hi, I've gotten a problem where Fallout 4 randomly decided it could not recognize a mod, even though it's most definitely installed and ticked on MO2.

I followed the Midnight Ride, and for months this game has ran flawlessly, then randomly it said that the save relies on content that is no longer present.

The content is referring to is GruffyDD's Signs and Posters - Generic.

I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting in editing my INI files and attempting to put the esp directly in the data folder. I'm not sure why this is happening. Can anyone help? Thank you.

I'm trying to find my load order, but I stopped using LOOT, so I'm not sure how to find the text file that shows my order... if someone could also help me find that, that'd be great ^^;;;
And forgive me if I haven't given enough information. lol
